Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Design and implement SQL queries to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis
- Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to data collection processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling data narratives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
