Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to support reporting requirements.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for weekend stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver high-quality reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company data governance policies.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and perform statistical analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a Weekend Shift environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for advanced data manipulation.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
