Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data collection and processing pipelines
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to support product development decisions
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance best practices
- Support weekend operations with real-time data monitoring and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
