Responsibilities
- Data Strategy: Develop and execute data analysis strategies to support company objectives and optimize business processes.
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- SQL & Data Mining: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, providing clear, concise insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
