Responsibilities
- Immediate Data Insight Generation: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement within the first week of employment.
- Advanced Visualization: Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Cleanse & Transform: Ingest, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality, reliable reporting.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to forecast future performance and support strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot anomalies and ensure data accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex data into business-friendly language.
