Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends and correlations.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and build scalable data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning and risk management.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
