In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data sets and actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, visualize data, and help drive strategic growth for our clients in the energy, logistics, and government sectors.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data sets: Gather information from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy before analysis.
- Develop visualizations: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis: Use Python or R to conduct rigorous testing and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Optimize processes: Identify areas for operational efficiency and propose data-backed strategies to improve workflow and reduce costs.
- Maintain documentation: Keep detailed records of data models, analysis methodologies, and system architecture to ensure knowledge retention.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related data role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear business insights.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of managing time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
