Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for 200+ users
- Assist with network security monitoring and vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network optimization projects
- Provide Tier 1 support for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ preferred but not required)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through training
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for occasional site visits
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA Network+ certification within 6 months
