Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report on business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all night shift reporting systems.
- Create comprehensive documentation for data models and analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to work effectively during Night Shift hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
