Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create automated reporting dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to design A/B tests and measure campaign performance
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Document data processing methodologies and maintain data quality standards
- Mentor junior analysts during handover procedures between shifts
- Present findings to leadership through concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or rotating schedule
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design knowledge
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for cross-shift documentation
