- Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Business Insights: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide support.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
