Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through complex statistical analysis and modeling.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct A/B testing and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.
- Present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
