Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across departments
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data collection systems and improve data quality
- Present data-driven recommendations to C-level executives through compelling narrative reports
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms including SQL and cloud databases
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate product hypotheses and optimize conversion rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst in a tech environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Demonstrable experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
