Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and predictive patterns

- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visualizations and executive summaries

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency

- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing abilities
- Experience working with federal government or public sector data preferred
