Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Perform advanced SQL queries and data mining to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast trends and provide predictive insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong visualization skills with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
