Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization based on data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and manage deadlines independently.
