Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to track key performance metrics and KPIs
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Experience with statistical modeling and experimental design
- Strong business acumen to translate technical insights into strategy
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Certification in Tableau or equivalent BI platform preferred
