Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform complex data modeling and SQL queries to support ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
