Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources using SQL and Python.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends and patterns that impact business performance.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs for executives and managers.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and assist in strategic planning.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize findings and propose data-backed recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose technical solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Proven experience creating reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
