Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools like Splunk and Sentinel.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and maintain robust security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to patch vulnerabilities and secure network architecture.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive security awareness training for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or CEH are highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or network security.
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms and log analysis.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, encryption, and threat intelligence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
