Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents within SLA
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and maintain SIEM/SOAR solutions
- Develop incident response playbooks and conduct drills
- Perform forensic analysis on security breaches
- Collaborate with IT teams to enforce security policies
- Generate executive-level security reports and metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on SOC/Security Center experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Expertise in SIEM (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR tools
- Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
