Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across multi-platform environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Optimize cloud costs through resource monitoring and architectural improvements
- Lead container orchestration projects using Kubernetes and Docker Swarm
- Develop robust monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance assessments
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with major providers
- Expertise in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and Linux administration
- Kubernetes certification (CKA/CKAD) or equivalent practical expertise
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization
- Cloud security certifications (CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer)
- Experience with multi-cloud architecture and hybrid cloud solutions
