Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across hybrid infrastructure
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core network services for 500+ users
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Execute disaster recovery procedures and conduct regular data backups
- Deploy virtualization solutions (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Document system configurations and create technical SOPs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS administration
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and LDAP
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, MCSA, or Linux+) required
- Experience with virtualization platforms and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITIL processes
- Excellent troubleshooting and cross-departmental communication skills
