Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/CentOS) environments.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, access controls, and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Oversee server patching, backup verification, and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in System Administration or IT Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and O365 administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
