Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments using Active Directory and VMware
- Monitor and optimize network performance across Cisco and Juniper infrastructure
- Execute disaster recovery protocols and cybersecurity best practices
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead server migrations and cloud integrations with AWS/Azure
- Document SOPs and provide tier-3 support for critical systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware ESXi) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or CCNP preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain
