Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Configure and secure network devices including firewalls and switches.
- Implement and monitor security patches and updates to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior administrators.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical business applications.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Linux administration (RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred.
