Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell/Python scripting
- Oversee cloud migrations and hybrid cloud architecture
- Document IT processes and maintain system documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux distributions
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
