Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server and Linux environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network services
- Oversee backup systems, disaster recovery protocols, and security compliance (HIPAA/SOX)
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Lead system migrations and patch management initiatives
- Document infrastructure configurations and troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration (2016/2019)
- Expertise in Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS)
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Active Directory and enterprise networking proficiency
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud services and infrastructure-as-code
- Security fundamentals: firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent certification (CompTIA, MCSE)
