Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server infrastructure across AWS and on-premises environments
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and Splunk
- Lead security hardening initiatives and compliance audits for PCI-DSS and SOC 2
- Manage container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide 24/7 on-call support with rotating schedule and SLA-driven incident response
- Document system architecture and create runbooks for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering enterprise Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and automation frameworks
- Certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, RHCE) preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and log aggregation
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and storage issues
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
