Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and VMware infrastructure
- Implement and monitor cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) with emphasis on security compliance
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system backups/restores
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network and system issues
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration (2016+)
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong experience with VMware vSphere and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
