Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and server infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server, Linux distributions, and Active Directory environments.
- Monitor system performance and security, conducting regular audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V to optimize resource allocation.
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff regarding software and hardware usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- CompTIA Security+, Network+, or CCNA certifications are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
