Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain on-premise servers and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux distributions.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Identity Management solutions.
- Implement and enforce network security protocols, firewalls, and access controls.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure data integrity.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Bash scripting, and Windows Server administration.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or CCNA are a plus.
