Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server 2019+ and Linux environments
- Manage Azure cloud infrastructure including VMs, networking, and security groups
- Oversee backup systems (Veeam) and disaster recovery protocols
- Monitor system performance using Nagios and SolarWinds
- Document SOPs and create automation scripts (PowerShell/Python)
- Lead hardware refresh cycles and vendor negotiations
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- AWS/Azure certification (AZ-104 or equivalent)
- Experience with VMware vSphere 7.0+
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Ability to lift 40lbs for equipment maintenance
- BS in Computer Science or related field
