Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain Linux/Windows servers across on-premises and AWS/Azure environments
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, intrusion detection, and access controls
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance with Nagios/Zabbix and resolve critical incidents within SLAs
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Mentor junior sysadmins and document operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Linux/Windows systems
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and automation experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification required
- Proven experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and customer service mindset
