Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of on-premise and cloud-based servers (Linux/Windows).
- Network Security: Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems to protect sensitive data.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with minimal downtime.
- Backup & Recovery: Design and execute robust backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
- Automation: Script routine tasks using PowerShell or Bash to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator is highly preferred.
- OS Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
