Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Execute disaster recovery plans and conduct regular backups
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline automation
- Document IT processes and create technical SOPs
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Ubuntu/RHEL
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud services and Terraform
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and documentation abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours during maintenance windows
