Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level Linux and Windows Server environments
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure including AWS and Azure services
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues
- Develop disaster recovery plans and perform regular testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in system administration roles
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking protocols
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certifications (e.g., AWS SysOps, MCSA, RHCSA) preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
