Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and Azure/AWS
- Automate deployment workflows using Terraform/Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute quarterly failover drills
- Monitor infrastructure with SolarWinds and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP with zero-incident SLAs
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Kubernetes container orchestration
- Document IT infrastructure using Visio and Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux administration
- Expertise in Azure or AWS cloud services (certification preferred)
- Proficient in PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting
- Strong background in network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization
- ITIL foundation certification or equivalent process knowledge
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts (1 week/month)
