Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve security vulnerabilities
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for operational efficiency
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Document SOPs and ensure compliance with ITIL best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2016/2019 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services and hybrid architectures
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) required
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios) and backup solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
