Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize on-premise and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents proactively
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
- Document procedures and maintain system documentation
- Provide tier-3 support for complex technical issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with Linux/Windows environments
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/KVM) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios/Prometheus)
- Proven incident management and disaster recovery planning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
