Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Windows/Linux server environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Manage Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure including IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid networking
- Monitor system health using Splunk/Nagios and resolve incidents within SLAs
- Automate tasks via PowerShell/Python and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Enforce security protocols (firewalls, encryption, compliance standards)
- Document procedures and provide Tier-3 support for critical systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with cloud exposure
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+ or AWS/Azure preferred
- Experience with backup solutions (Veeam, Rubrik)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Ability to work flexible hours for on-call rotations
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
