Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement RESTful APIs and optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve system architecture
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry best practices
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Deploy and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SASS)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, performant web applications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
