The Role
In this position, you will be the backbone of our IT operations. You will design, implement, and manage complex server environments while providing top-tier support to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
- Perform regular system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery testing.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions for business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux administration.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is highly preferred.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSA, or CCNA are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
