Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year foresight frameworks identifying emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on futuristic projects
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic insights at global industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services with measurable impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
