Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN infrastructures
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and PowerShell
- Lead disaster recovery planning and security compliance initiatives
- Document SOPs and provide Tier-3 support for critical incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls)
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, VPC)
- Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours on-call rotation
