Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy infrastructure
- Oversee cloud infrastructure including AWS/Azure services and hybrid deployments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide tier-3 support for complex system issues and user escalations
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and scripting technologies
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration
- Strong expertise in Active Directory and enterprise networking
- Certification in Microsoft Azure or AWS (preferred)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
