Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust server infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments
- Proactively monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system hardening protocols
- Automate provisioning and configuration management with Ansible/Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document all infrastructure changes and create technical runbooks
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services enterprise-wide
- Provide tier-3 support for critical infrastructure incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server (2016+) and Linux distributions (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS services
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proven track record in enterprise network troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
