Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) to maximize output quality and accuracy.
- Analyze AI-generated responses to identify areas for improvement and refine prompt strategies.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into production workflows.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to determine the most effective approaches.
- Create comprehensive documentation and guidelines for internal prompt engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in writing, copywriting, or technical writing with a focus on AI/ML interaction.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and prompt engineering principles.
- Proficiency in using tools like OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or LangChain.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct problems and iterate quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
