Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security controls for cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response activities for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across network systems
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures
- Monitor SIEM platforms and analyze security alerts for proactive threat hunting
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into projects
- Stay current with emerging threats and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection/response
- Certified in CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Strong knowledge of NIST framework and compliance requirements
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to prioritize under pressure
