Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM tools like Splunk and QRadar
- Lead incident response coordination for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on enterprise networks
- Develop comprehensive security documentation and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize security automation workflows
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 2+ years in threat detection/response roles
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Proficiency in Python/PowerShell for security automation
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and zero-trust architectures
- Experience with NIST and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
